Q: Who will be making my order?
A: Me! This is a one woman business. I do everything in this business from social media to creating all items to packing and shipping.
Q: When will I receive my item(s)?
A: Everything is made to order. Standard processing time is about 1-2 weeks (sometimes less depending on my order load) plus shipping time. Shipping time varies depending on where you live and the service you select.
Q: How do I know what my pets size is?
A: On each product page, in the images, you'll find a size guide for both styles of bandana, bow ties, as well as tips for choosing a size. If you're unsure, please contact me...I'm happy to help!
Q: What is the difference between the Snap and Over The Collar bandanas?
A: Snap bandanas attach to your pets neck with 2 sets of KAM snaps. These two sets make the bandana adjustable within the given size of each bandana. A collar is not necessary for the snap style bandana.
Over the collar bandana have a slit sewn into the top so your pets collar can slip through it. A collar is necessary for this bandana style.
Q: What if my item doesn't fit my pet?
A: Since everything is custom and made to order, I generally do not accept returns for items that do not fit. I strongly encourage you to contact me if you need help selecting a size for your pet! I'm happy to help and want to make sure you get the right size the first time around.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Aside from shipping domestically, I only ship to Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom at this time.
Q: I live in the Hillsboro/Beaverton, Oregon area, can I pickup my order instead of shipping?
A: Yes! Just choose the "pickup" option at checkout. I will contact you when you're order is ready and I offer no-contact porch pickups from my home studio in Hillsboro.
Q: Do you sell your products in retail stores?
